The nose is light and perfumed with hints of white peppercorns, lemon myrtle, wood and pencil shavings. The palate is soft and lemony to start with some perfumed honey. Decent hit of rye; the sourness balances nicely with the iced gem sweetness. The finish is dry and spicy.
