Production is very small - just 3000 cases and each bottle is matured for three years prior to release.It is deep golden in colour and is elegant in all respects - from its lightly fruited nose to the delicate peach flavours on the palate. It has a long, lasting finish which makes it ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to poultry, particularly duck a l'orange.
