Fruit-driven and full-bodied with lush aromas of cassis, blackberry and candied cherry, our Big Ass Cab is a perfect complement to any rich or savory meal. The wine was aged in a mix of French and American oak barrels for an average of 17 months, which gives the wine balanced toasty oak and vanilla characters. The palate exhibits concentrated blackcurrant and ripe cherry flavors with some minerality in the mid-palate.
