| Tasting notes |
| Medium-body, dry. A lip-smacking Sauvignon fermented in stainless-steel and aged on the lees. The nose is as rich as anything found in New Zealand, but the palate is much finer showing stone fruit, citrus and almond. The finish has high acidity on top of fragrant fruit and a touch of herb. Pair with white meats, goat cheeses, shell fish, grilled white fish, and asparagus dishes. |
