WINEMAKER MARCELO PELLERITI
Marcelo is one of the great leaders of winemaking in Argentina and on an international level. He is a young professional, who learned at the right hand of Michel Rolland how to interpret the vineyard and make wines that stand out in the world.
For the last 14 years he has directed the harvests in Bordeaux at Chateau La Violette and Chateau Le Gay. Every September and October, Pelleriti goes to France for the harvest after having managed our harvest season at Monteviejo.
His experience made him the first Argentine winemaker to obtain a 100 point rating from Robert Parker’s magazine with a French wine while concurrently achieving high ratings for Argentine wines.
