Varietal Composition: 100 % Chenin. The average age of the vines is 20 years old.
Vinification: Harvesting is manual with 3 successive pickings. Thermo regulated stainless vats with delicate pressing then fermentation in oak casks for 1 to 2 month. The wine is stored on fine lees in 400 liter oak casks for 10 to 12 months before bottling. The annual production is about 35,000 bottles.
Tasting Notes: With a magnificent golden yellow colour with hints of green, its nose impresses with its intensity and the richness of its nuances of white flowers and lime, ripe fruit and spice. A sleet and balanced wine, it has a sweet and fresh attack on the palate with a great intensity that comes with nuances of hazelnut and apricot. End result: it achieves finesse and minerality.
