This wine is the result of very special attention right from the hand harvest to methodical lees-stirring for 6 to 8 months in suspension, to extract the full richness of the wine.
This careful work helps to give the wine nutty aromas, while its pale yellow color leads to a nose of flowers and fruit and it is ideal for serving with fish dishes.
Grape variety: 100% Chenin.
Terroir: parcels located in the village of Rochecorbon.
Maturation: 10 to 13 months in barrels.
