Guillaume & Charles Soulier started in 2015, after acquiring 8ha in the Gard. All work in the
vineyard is done by hand or with a horse, biodynamic farming and the same philosophy
in the cellar with most cuvées with no SO2 added or 15mg max. Original, yummy, crunchy.
Vinification: Hand Harvested, 9 months in cask, 15 months in bottle, No sulfur added.
Terroir: 80 year-old vines. Red clay and pebbled soil
